Changes Requested

If an approver is concerned about the trip, they can mark it as “changes requested.” Opening the trip will provide more detail about the requested changes. You will need to make the changes and resubmit the trip for approval.

Please see this article to learn more about the Changes Requested status and the steps you may need to take.

Vehicle Assignments

If your trip is approved and assigned, click on the down arrow on the right side of the trip summary to expand the trip information. The assignment information is listed to the far right.

Printing a Trip Ticket

If your district has elected to use the Trip Ticket, you can download and print a Trip Ticket by clicking on the three dots on the far right of the trip summary.

Then, click Trip Ticket.
At the end of the trip, the driver and the person responsible for the trip will sign and date this form.
