Check Lift Request
One of the most common reasons you only see one vehicle when two should be available is if a lift was requested.
The “Reserve Vehicles” screen will only show lift vehicles
if a lift was requested:

Check Vehicle Calendar
If no lift was requested, check the Vehicle Calendar to see
if that vehicle is in use:

Check Gap Time
Finally, check the Gap time. Gap time can prevent vehicles from showing if there is insufficient time between the current trip and the previous/next trip. Depending on your district's settings, you may need an administrator to check this setting for you.
Go to the half-person icon in the top right-hand
corner. Select “Settings.”
In the
dropdown menu towards the top left of your screen, select “Vehicle Owners.”
Adjust your Gap Time settings if they are inaccurate, and click save.
